The Master's degree programme in Psychology offers you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in various areas of psychology and to specialise in specific fields. You will also learn how to plan, conduct and analyse psychological research and how to transfer scientific findings to practical applications.
It enables graduates to work in various areas of psychology, such as in research institutions, in business or in the clinical field.

With the M.Sc. Psychology, HSD Hochschule Döpfer offers a consecutive, modular degree programme. It builds on the foundations of the Bachelor's degree programme in Psychology, which is offered at the HSD Hochschule Döpfer, but is also aimed at Bachelor's graduates who have obtained their degree at another university.
The structure of the degree programme is based on the framework concept of the German Society for Psychology (DGPs) for Master's degree programmes. It is divided into seven areas of expertise to teach the key qualification objectives for professional practice as well as for academic qualification:

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology (180 ECTS) is required for admission to the M.Sc. Psychology programme at HSD. In individual cases, other psychology-related subjects may also be considered.
