FIT stands for "Promotion of international talents for integration into studies and the labour market". With funding from the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, the DAAD supports German universities in preparing prospective international students for specific courses of study in Germany, accompanying them during their studies and facilitating their transition into the German labour market. To this end, "FIT" promotes the development of measures for study preparation, study support and study success, as well as the expansion of career services for international students at German universities.
As part of the FIT programme, HSD Hochschule Döpfer is cooperating with the International University SDI Munich to jointly implement the CommuniCare project, which serves to qualify international students.
The CommuniCare project aims to support international students throughout their qualification path with tailor-made offers to help them succeed in their studies and subsequently find employment in Germany. The support covers all phases – from study preparation in the home country of international talents to facilitated university access and support during their studies to successful integration into the labour market.
Our cooperation partners have the unique opportunity to gain early access to skilled professionals. They benefit from individual counselling services and personal exchanges with potential candidates.
